Designs, develops, tests, and debugs software tools, flows, PDK design components, and/or methodologies used in design automation and by teams in the design of hardware products, process design, or manufacturing.

Responsibilities include capturing user stories/requirements, writing both functional and test code, automating build and deployment, and/or performing unit, integration, and end-to-end testing of the software tools.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum qualifications:

Candidate must possess a BS degree of Science with 6+ years of experience or an MS degree with 4+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or relevant scientific STEM.

4+ years of experience in at least one of the following:

• Synopsys IC Verification, Siemens/Mentor Calibre.
• Resolving DRC/LVS/density issues.
• Process layout design rule from DRM (Design Rule Manuals).
• Runset development

Preferred qualifications:

1+ years of experience with Intel and/or external foundry process technology knowledge in advanced nodes.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in

US, California:$139,480.00-$209,760.00

Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
