At Intel, Design Enablement (DE) is one of the key pillars enabling Intel to deliver winning products in the marketplace. You will directly drive and work with DE cross functional teams to ensure design-kit leadership for customer enablement of cutting-edge technologies. You will work with customers to outline critical requirements, collaborate with Intel internal partners to define issue scope, plan execution, and innovate competitive solutions to meets customer needs.
This role is to support Intel leading edge PDKs (Process-Design-Kits). You will interact with customers to outline outstanding requirements, root causing PDK issues, then collaborate with DE PDK team to come out solution or PDK intercept plan. You will own and maintain training documents, user guide, and play as reviewer for relevant PDK documents. In this role, you will be able to work on Intel most advanced technologies and interact with/learn from DE across teams to grow your career paths.
As a DEAS (Design Enablement Application and Support) key member, you must have communication skills to learn new things and ramp up in short period of time, interact with customers directly, apply analytical problem-solving capability to identify the key requests, and root-cause the issue in a teamwork environment with DE stakeholders to support and enable customer success.
This is an entry level position and compensation will be given accordingly.

Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Knowledge and/or experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork and/or classes and/or research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a BS degree with 3+ months of experience or MS degree with 6+ months of experience in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related fields.
3+ months of experience in one of the following:
- VLSI.
- Digital / Analog / Custom design.
- Semiconductor Physics.
- SPICE modeling.
3+ months of knowledge/experience to know how to work in Unix/Linux environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
6+ months of experience in the following:
- IC chip design.
- EDA tool suite like Synopsys, Cadence, Siemens, etc.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in
US, California:$91,500.00-$137,436.00
Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
