Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Team Leader to perform and review chemical laboratory analyses for both biotech and synthetic drugs
- Conduct analytical activities to support formulation development
- Proactively manage assigned analytical activities, laboratory equipment, and materials in accordance with regulations
- Serve as a technical and procedural expert within the laboratory
- Support the Team Leader in maintaining quality standards and ensuring data integrity
- Coordinate analytical support activities, if assigned, and assist in their execution
- Collaborate with the Team Leader to organize timely execution of process controls
- Ensure completion of assigned activities for the analysts on your shift
- Provide necessary information for department metrics and promptly communicate any impediments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related scientific field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in analytical development and GMP laboratory operations
- Strong knowledge of analytical methods and validation processes
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in thriving within a dynamic work environment that requires efficient time management.
