Pega Business Analyst Job Description:

• • Partner with Enterprise Architect, Lead System Architect and Product Owners to develop Business and Process Architecture document at the initial phase of the project
  • Work with the Lead System Architect (LSA) to ensure the Product is based on optimum level of OOTB Pega features/framework usage
  • Work with the Business System Analyst and other Business Architects across the delivery lifecycle to define process flows and use cases to user acceptance testing
  • Guide the Product Owner and influence the client's direction and the development team by leveraging CRM/BPM/Agile knowledge
  • Design of application business data model in consultation with the lead business architect
  • Support the LSA and Testing team to define the DevOps and Test automation process to push value to production as quickly as possible
  • Support the business change management activities by ensuring the impact
  • Provide technical training and user support to business groups
  • Enable team members by providing guidance and advice on Business Architecture issues like Data Modelling, Application Integration, Process flow and Business Rules
  • Mentor and train client business stakeholders in key Pega7 functionality - including frameworks and OOTB Capability

• • Ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches
  • Ensuring Customer Success - realization of business benefit outlined in the Pega Business Case / Vision
  • Ensuring reusability of Components built across multiple Pega workstream/application
  • Ensuring the BA/BSA follow the Architecture and Design guideline while capturing Requirements/User Stories
  • Ensuring the Project Scope is delivered at high quality within the timeline
  • Ensuring coordination with various stakeholder during Product release plan, Test Coordination, and Deployment implementation
