• JOB DUTIES:
  Responsible for Business anlayst and design work for critical Communications Platform across Client high performing solutions on Java.
  Apply design principles of Decision strategies Establish and or expand the technical platform to enable and support multi-channel and interactive
  customer communication strategies
  Coordinate the definition and measurement of Communication SLA and business solutions to improve customer experience, retention and satisfaction.
  Guide the BPM Analyst team in the process of Data modeling.
  Architect will work at the strategic level and help management consider how the business operation should change to deliver strategy and meet goals.
  Maintain and Manage the scope of requirements for application and other interactive based systems.
  Lead the business teams & development teams in gathering requirements and implementing requirements leveraging the Java system software
  Assist with class structure design from the perspective of the business needs
  Function as a technical business analyst by understanding business requirements and transforming those requirements into data mapping specs
  Communicate w/ internal teams and clients to deliver functional requirements like screen and interface designs
  Qualifications:
  Good understanding of process engineering discipline
  - Experience in leading teams in analysis & design Of Communications/Java Platform
  - Strong technical and communication skills;
  - Presentation, flowcharting, documentation expertise
  Understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to functional specifications/User stories/etc High scalable and mission critical applications.
  Ensure documented use cases represent business needs & requirements
  Data use identification with data flow / transform modeling
  The use of web services, data models, technical requirements and user interface design
  Must be a good team player.
  MUST HAVE SKILLS:
  - - Experience with BPM decision tools.
  DESIRED SKILLS:
  Good Business Analyst and Design flow
  Prior experience with Verizon is a plus
