Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for Senior PEGA Developer

Duration: Full Time only

Location: Minneapolis, MN (On Site Position, candidates must go to the office every day)

PEGA Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Pega Senior System Architect (SSA)

Collaborate with Business Analysts, existing application teams, solution architects and offshore delivery team to design and develop Pega applications.

Demonstrate understanding of PegaRULES Process Commander System or other Business Process Management (BPM) system

Demonstrate experience with JAVA and related technologies, including relational databases

Demonstrate expertise in object oriented analysis and design across a variety of platforms

A proven hunger to learn new technologies and translate them into working software

Ability to effectively communicate to internal and external business partners on solution design

Required Qualifications:

Pega PRPC 7.x and 8.x

Prefer certified Pega CSSA's

Relevant Industry domain, experience

8+ years of software development experience

Demonstrated experience in Agile development, application design, software development, and testing

Experience in designing and developing Pega based BPM/CRM solutions for large programs

Experience in developing enterprise class structure and foundational components

The annual salary for this position will be based on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
