Work-Mode: We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, develop and support implementation of business-specific solutions and/or frameworks with the PEGA PRPC environment.
• As part of Modernization initiative, the requirement is to actively lead the creation of new Workflow applications by analyzing existing legacy applications and build new workflows on Pega version 8.x.
• The LSA would also be required to maintain and support on-going development roadmaps on existing Pega workflow applications.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience as a Pega Certified Lead System Architect
• Understanding of various PEGA Rules required. (Ex: UI, API, Activities and Flows, Declaratives, Decision, Validation, Reports, Correspondences, Connector, local actions, Monitoring tools like AES and Dynatrace, data modeling, etc) and designing class structures, application frameworks, deployment, and data models.
• Coordinating with the Business Analyst and peers to ensure the business architecture matches the needs of the customer
• Integrating business databases, legacy systems, and web services
• Troubleshooting application issues, coding bugs, and bottlenecks
• Knowledge of Pega PRPC 8.x required
• Knowledge in SQL Statements
• Experienced in Performance tuning of applications.
• Good communication skills and able to help with grooming sessions to create user stories
• Familiarity with J2EE, XML, Java, JSP, EJB with Scrum and Agile methodology is a plus
