Pega Program Manager

The client is re-Platforming their existing decisioning platform from Pega 7.x to Infinity '23 (on Pega Cloud). The Program Manager would work closely with the client delivery manager to keep track of all planned activities associated with this endeavor and ensure their timely completion.

Develop and manage a comprehensive program plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Lead cross-functional teams, including marketing, technology, product and data management, to ensure effective collaboration and project execution.

Monitor program progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement solutions to mitigate them.

Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates and gather feedback.

Program Management

Previous experience delivering a program or large project related to the Pega Platform or similar digital platform
