Role: Pega SCRUM Master- Senior Manager

Location: Can be based anywhere in the continental US. REMOTE - HYBRID

Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Job summary:

• At least 7 years proven experience in scrum master duties
• Coach team members.
• Host daily stand-up meetings.
• Assist the product owner with the product backlog
• Remove roadblocks.
• Instruct Scrum practices and principles.
• Mentor the team and motivate them to achieve the deliverable.
• Status reporting to client
• Create RAID (Risk, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies) Log, monitor and track them
• Follow delivery excellence process and procedure in delivering the project on time and schedule.
• Monitoring the project progress, take corrective action for issues and ensure quality deliverable on time
• Build / update burn down chart
• Co-ordinate with other teams to ensure dependency getting closed
• Previous Consulting experience
• Experience working in a Pega environment
• Nice to have Pega certification
