We are looking for Pega Senior Business Architect/ Business Architect with the following attributes.

Pega CPBA certifications / CSA recommended.

Job Duties:

• Maintain and manage the scope of requirements for the Pega application/platform.

• Lead the business teams & development teams in gathering requirements and implementing requirements leveraging the Pega system software

• Ensure documented use cases represent business needs & requirements

• Apply design principles of Decision strategies, Next-Best-Action and Predictive Analytics

• Document business rules & design and configure rules & flows. Perform basic testing operation and validate functionality.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is dependent on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. (Range $140,000 to 170,000)

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
