Pega Lead Solution Architect

This is a Hybrid / Remote position. Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

• Pega LSA with over 12 years Pega experience
• Other tech stack exposure is also critical to bring in flavor of Solution Architect - other DPA platforms, integration, Data, UI/UX
• Single point contact for liaison with stakeholders for technical and architecture aspect of the program
• Assure the quality of all deliverables and Co-ordinate with offshore delivery manager /team
• Ensure implementation are done as per Pega Guardrails and best practices
• Interact with users, technical staff and domain experts to align the overall technical implementations with project objectives
• Report technical delivery status & bottlenecks to client and Project Manager
• Guide on technical solution blueprinting and facilitating laying down guidelines across estimation, deployment, coding standards
• Bring in thought leadership and mind-share around latest platform features
• Collaborate with Technical leaders on upskilling and cross skilling

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 to $175,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
