- Design, develop and drive BNYM Employee Listening strategy, in partnership with Talent and People Experience teams:
- Create and manage the employee listening strategy for the company
- Manage employee survey programs across the employee survey lifecycle (moments that matter e.g., new hire, engagement/pulse surveys, etc.) at scale
- Build connections with cross-functional teams to address business needs, share/present insights and drive measurable improvements
- Oversee administration for survey platforms (Peakon, Qualtrics) including configuration, security, end user training and support
- Work with internal stakeholders to design and deliver surveys
- Deliver data-driven insights using surveys and other data sources to better attract, engage and retain our employees. This includes
- Conduct statistical analyses connecting multiple sources of data to provide accurate, thoughtful and actionable insights on BNYM's talent
- Work proactively to identify emerging opportunities or areas for further analysis
- Provide subject matter expertise and advise on survey research/design, data collection, and/or program evaluation to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Partner with other stakeholders to understand the talent/business needs and continue to advance the data and analytical strengths for the People Analytics team
- Work closely across the People Analytics team to integrate survey data with other organizational datasets
- Partner with teammates, leaders, and stakeholders to develop an understanding of people issues and challenges, and identify the problems to solve using data
- Communicate findings to senior leaders and business partners
- Maintain good judgment when handling sensitive and confidential data
Skills & qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience with degree (Bachelors, Masters) in a field emphasizing research on people (e.g., Industrial/ Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Management, Org Development, or related degree)
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise, experience, and passion for survey design, program management, and employee listening approaches
- Experience conducting statistical analysis, research design, data collection, interpretations of results, and making actionable recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to translate business strategies, needs and priorities into research questions or hypotheses, and select and apply appropriate research methods and/or statistical analysis
