Who You Are:
As Nutrabolt's People Analytics Manager you will use data and research to tell a story and help Nutrabolt understand its workforce talent trends in recruiting, retention, organizational development, succession planning, diversity, spend, and business evolution. Your contributions will help recommend hiring strategies, business support, and strategic planning. You will be integral to Nutrabolt’s strategic initiatives by using research analytics and data visualization tools to provide executives and leaders key insights into forecasting, modeling, and influential data information that drive results.
What You're Good At:
- Gathering, assembling, and preparing clear presentations of workplace metrics and data from a variety of sources including internal and external systems
- Interpreting and integrating data to show meaning and in turn converting it into an easy-to-understand story yielding impactful recommendations
- Applying expertise in analysis, data science, forecasting, and scenario modelling by utilizing data visualization tools to assist in enhancing Nutrabolt’s workforce strategy
- Regularly presenting business leaders and executive team data trends, models, and scenario forecasts to provide impactful recommendations that align to business goals
- Performing data experiments and presenting key insights to business leaders
- Maintaining and providing models representing various constraints such as headcount limitations and cost, and talent availability, to develop agile, resilient, and enhanced plans for workforce growth
- Building and maintaining data applications that support forecasting, reporting, and scenario modeling of workforce data
- Identifying trends and patterns and recommend benchmarks, milestones, and workforce goals
- Working cross-functionally with the different People, IT, BI, & Finance departments; regularly reporting trends, forecasts, and talent productivity reports
- Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices
- Supporting workforce planning process and annual budgeting process, in addition to leadership meetings and strategic initiatives
- Performing other duties as assigned
- In this role your goals and KPIs will be focused around:
- Timeliness and accuracy of workforce modeling & forecasting
- Quality of dashboards, data point measurements, and information story telling through visuals
- Ability to set informed best practice standards through industry research and cross-functional partnerships
What You Contribute:
- BA/BS in computer science, social sciences, or statistics
- Project management skills
- 5+ years’ experience analyzing data and utilizing data visualization tools
- 3+ years’ experience in Human Resources related departments such as talent acquisition, total rewards, business partner, and/or compliance
- PHR or SHRM-CP Preferred
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential material and information with discretion
- Has excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with others
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
