The Team:

The Role:

The People Analytics, Senior Analyst will be responsible for leveraging data and analytics to support HR and organizational decision-making processes. This role will involve gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data related to employee performance, engagement, retention, and other HR metrics to drive strategic initiatives and improve overall workforce effectiveness.


What You'll Do:

  • Data Collection & Management: Gather and manage HR data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Analytics & Reporting: Conduct detailed analyses of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Develop and maintain regular HR dashboards and reports for senior leadership
  • Strategic Consultation: Partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven recommendations and insights
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving HR processes through data insights and recommend solutions
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations in all analytics activities

What You’ll Need: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration and, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Reporting and Analytics, experience in the HR domain is preferred
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
  • Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets, with a keen attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage projects and stakeholders successfully and understand multi-division dynamics 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated experience with discretion and confidentiality


The salary for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 + bonus + benefits.

*Note: This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings.
