People Analytics Specialist

The Challenge

The People Analytics Jr Data Scientist will help support group projects by assisting and developing analytical related product(s) leveraging people data to the highest degree possible. Projects will range across all aspects of data from engineering, reporting, visualization development, and/or advance analytical or data science approaches. You will be working closely with the People Analytics group and have the opportunity to make impact on improving organization culture, identifying unique insights for leadership, and expanding the overall employee experience through data here at T2 & beyond.

What You’ll Take On:

This person will have the chance to attack data and drive operational insights & efficiencies. Take aspects of analytics reporting to the next level and work closely with experience workers on people analytics related products such as reports/dashboards/apps/algorithms. They will have the chance to not only operationalize but also bring creative approaches from their background.

What You Bring: 

This role will be right for someone with a high interest and background in technical approaches to data. Comfortable working with many different types of data and can turn something raw into something great. Must poses the following:

-Desired Education Level: Undergrad+ in Stats/Math/Analytics

-Open to Hybrid / fully remote work

-Python/R Modeling

-Power BI / Tableau

-Understanding of statistical/analytical methodologies & approaches

-ETL & data transformation skills

-Eye for automation

-Understanding of People Analytics practices
