The Opportunity
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a People and Culture Site Lead. The position is responsible for supporting the leadership team in Memphis, leading the site people strategy with a focus on fostering an engaged environment where talent is at the forefront to drive the business. This role will empower site leaders to be more effective leaders; Creating a culture of honest feedback and learning; enhancing candidate, employee and manager experiences; Developing a stronger leadership pipeline; and, Bolstering our diversity and inclusion efforts to current and prospective talent and stakeholders.
The Responsibilities
- Leads of P&C solutions and P&C services, such as Employee Relations, Talent Management, Organizational Design, Change Management, Workforce Planning and Total Rewards Planning, ensuring consistency, fairness, and engagement while influencing best practices.
- Collaborates across People and Culture's COEs.
- Provide guidance on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation, including the design of creative solutions to engage.
- Member of the Site's P&C leadership team: Report and interpret monthly human capital KPIs.
- Be an independent thinker, unafraid to challenge the status quo or be the only dissenting voice.
- Have the emotional intelligence to effectively partner and influence a people agenda.
- Build relationships with employees at all levels in the organization.
- Leverage the experience of other site leads (Raritan, Pencoed and Rochester).
- Align all discipline and terminations with Employee Relations.
- Keep the Site Lead informed.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
The Individual
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline; Master's Degree a plus.
- 3+ years of related experience with demonstrated knowledge of technical and legal aspects of People & Culture, minimum 2-3 years of supervisory/management experience, global a plus.
- 2+ years of related experience with demonstrated success in one or more of the following areas, supporting: Talent Management, Organizational Design, Change Management, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations.
- Up to 2 - 3% of travel
