About the Team

The People and TA Operations Analyst will be a key member of the People Operations team providing systems and process support for all employees and managers of Workday. We operationally support and work closely with all areas of human resources including but not limited to Recruiting, Talent Experience, Total Rewards, HR Partners, Compliance, Belonging and Diversity and Global Mobility.

About the Role

This role will have a key emphasis of responding to service requests focused on HR Core and Recruiting processes related but not limited to requisitions, interview management, offers, onboarding, compensation, learning, hire, HCM and TA reporting, and change job. In this role you will troubleshoot to help solve Workmate issues, recommend where processes can be streamlined or made self service. A key focus will be on problem solving, responsiveness and communicating takeaways with the larger team for continuous improvement.

Expectation to be in office at least 50% of the time.

About You

  • Strong systems knowledge and ability to learn systems & processes quickly
  • Experience system testing of new enhancements, configuration, and Workday releases
  • Exceptional detail orientation and organizational skills
  • Demonstrable ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage multiple deadlines
  • Team player, willingness to help where and when needed
  • Ability to learn complex processes quickly and complete with precision
  • Problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently or escalate when appropriate
  • Customer service orientation with a desire to go above and beyond
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Business Qualifications

  • Experience with Workday HCM and Workday Recruiting required
  • 3+ years experience in HR, HRIT, or related field
  • 3+ years experience working with HR, recruiting or related systems
  • Data entry/data manipulation/ processing experience in a high volume environment
