What you'll do here:

People Attraction: With an in-depth understanding of the Axis Americas strategic plan and the annual financial plan, you will have responsibility for a small team of professionals responsible for candidate sourcing, selection, and employer branding

People Development: With the same understanding of the Axis Americas business, you will create and execute on the learning and development strategy to fuel continued growth.

Here's what we require:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and proven strengths in business acumen, self-development, and enabling team cooperation
• Experience designing and implementing employee development programs using a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
• Familiarity with the full cycle recruitment process
• Bonus points for experience in employer branding
• Ability to research and evaluate training and recruitment options
• Proficiency with Workday or other HR Management systems.
• Coaching-oriented leadership style including leading through periods of growth. A people leader who empowers others, holds them accountable, and gains satisfaction from others' success
• We strongly believe that in-person collaboration fuels innovation and keeps our unique culture alive. This is an on-site position based in our Chelmsford location with the flexibility to work one day per week remotely. Relocation will not be provided for this position.
