This role is a senior strategic advisor position focused on supporting Go-to-Market (GTM) leadership in a fast-growing, high-impact environment. You will partner closely with executive leaders, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business objectives into talent strategies, organizational design, and scalable people solutions. The role combines executive coaching, workforce planning, and change management to enhance leadership effectiveness and drive business outcomes. You will have the opportunity to shape culture, influence strategic decisions with data and insights, and implement systems that scale with organizational growth. This position offers a mix of hands-on execution and high-level strategic impact in a collaborative, evolving workplace.

Accountabilities:

  • Coach senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, team performance, and organizational dynamics
  • Partner with managers to build capability, execute performance management, and support employee engagement and communications
  • Drive workforce planning aligned with business growth, productivity, and capability needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Finance, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations to ensure alignment of people strategy with business goals
  • Use data and business insights to inform executive decisions and identify organizational risks
  • Lead organizational design and transformation initiatives to enable scale and operational efficiency
  • Identify operational gaps and implement scalable processes as the organization grows

  • Requirements:

    • 10–12+ years of progressive HRBP/People Partner experience
    • Significant experience supporting leaders at all levels, including C-suite and VP-level GTM executives
    • Demonstrated ability to advise and influence executive leadership
    • Expertise in organizational design, executive coaching, and change management
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategy to measurable business outcomes
    • Experience with workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement programs
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
