This role will be based out of our New York City (Bryant Park) office.
Salary: $112,000-141,000
(Please note that the salary details listed in role postings reflect the base salary only, not total compensation, which includes bonus, long term incentives and other benefits.)
About the Role
We are currently searching for top talent to join us as a People Business Partner to work with our b2b digital commerce platform (BEES). This role will be based our our Bryant Park Office in New York City.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the delivery of a business-driven People service, providing day-to-day support to key stakeholders across all functions, and ensuring all People policies and processes are in place and add value to the business.
- Leading specific people projects linked to the overall people strategy and priorities.
- Building successful relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, and developing strong networks across the team globally, with ability to respond in a timely fashion to People demands.
- Coaching leaders on a variety of topics that impact business results.
- Continuously improving employee engagement, performance, retention, and experience.
- Establishing a good understanding of the business environment.
- Providing support to line managers in your business areas and being his/her/their main point of reference for strategic people decisions.
- Handle employee relations issues as necessary.
- Proactively seeking opportunities to increase value by raising standards and championing best practices, as well as actively looking for opportunities to create value for our business.
About You

- Innovative thinking and intellectual curiosity
- Highly results oriented, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, leads by example and lives our company’s values.
- Outstanding communicator with strong influence skills & ability to build trusting relationships.
- Experience with talent management, retention, rewards, and employee relations - as well as a general familiarity and curiosity for a wide range of HR policies, practices, and trends.
- Advanced project and people management skills that are needed to deliver great results in our work environment, as well as execution drive.
- Interest in our industry and its evolution. This includes someone who is interested in solving new customer problems, the development of processes, and discovering new markets opportunities.
- A university degree, and candidates who have shown development through work experience.
- Ideal candidates have 3-5 years’ work experience as strong, people-oriented leaders from the business side who are eager to make a difference in the people function. We are also open to candidates with a more traditional human resources career history.
