About The Role
We’re seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to work alongside our team, managing general people & culture administrative support across the full employee journey. This includes supporting people-related projects covering talent acquisition, culture & engagement, learning & development, reward & recognition, and performance, as well as coordinating our Melbourne and Sydney offices. This is a diverse role, so we’ll be looking for somebody who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is highly organised, proactive and able to prioritise.

What You'll Do

  • Be the go-to office person for both the Sydney & Melbourne offices
  • Responsible for managing our Melbourne HQ, answering the door, preparing meeting rooms, organising office supplies, and keeping the drinks fridge and snack levels stocked
  • Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and other recruitment administration such as managing job posting, optimising the hiring process for a seamless and exceptional candidate experience
  • Support people operations such an onboarding new team members, employee information management, and maintaining and updating company policies in our information hub
  • Manage office improvements, interior fitouts, maintenance of office equipment and facilities, ensuring a high quality workplace experience for our people and customers
  • Optimise or implement new administrative processes to ensure the smooth operation of our workplace environments (both in-office and remote)
  • Coordinate creative team-and-culture-related events, meetings and projects including onboarding rituals, quarterly team-bonding activities, epic company parties and more!

What You'll Need

  • 2+ years work experience in a People & Culture function
  • Well-developed organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • A fast learner, and the ability to quickly adapt and pick up new digital tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work autonomously and use your own initiative
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High motivation with an eagerness to support and drive results
  • Energetic people person with great written & verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times, and effectively handle sensitive employee data or information
  • A creative and engaging approach to problem solving 
  • A curiosity and passion for all things people and culture
