Job Description

• Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records using HR information systems to manage employee data.
• Maintaining physical employee records
• Manage and prepare different human resources documents like Salary Certificate, Employment Certificate etc.
• Coordinate with payroll department by providing employee information on leaves, employee benefits and payroll related documents.
• Assist in communication of key messages to all staff. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Human Resources Management
• At least 3 years experiences in human resources work
• Proven work experience as a Human Resources Administrator 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software programs
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good time management and organizational skills
