People & Culture Manager

About the role 
We are looking for a passionate People & Culture Manager who strives for excellence in a fast-paced work environment. This position reports to our Director and Assistant Director of People & Culture. 

What you will do 

Drive a culture of care for all employees, while supporting the People & Culture department through communication, employee relations, recruitment and retention of staff.

What you bring 

• College education or equivalent experience. 

• Experience required by position is from two to four years of employment in the related position with Four Seasons or other organization. 

• Excellent communication skills 

• Coaching & problem solving skills  

• Requires a working technical knowledge of various federal and state laws. 

• Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job or through a series of professional certifications.

• Salary Range: $77,783 - $85,970 

Schedule & Hours 

• Full time 

• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
