People & Culture Manager (Acquisition, Engagement, Ops)Â
Working as part of the People & Culture team and serving as a critical partner throughout the employment journey, you will be focused on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and general people operations. More Below!
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Finding the best talentÂ
- Developing and building the capabilities of Exyn employees to serve as an extension of the People & Culture team by increasing their confidence in assessing talent with an eye on creating diverse & inclusive teams. You’ll also partner with hiring managers to design strategies that ensure the efficiency, validity, and reliability of our talent practice.Â
- Positioning Exyn as an employer of choice and driving brand awareness by developing strong external partnershipsÂ
- Creating a memorable and personalized candidate experience
- Co-creating, executing, and maintaining diversity-inspired talent acquisition strategies and tactics aimed at growing awareness and increasing the diversity of our team
- Utilizing data, insights, and external benchmarking/comparisons to monitor results against candidate experience and hiring goals byÂ
- Defining key success metrics and designing solutions that optimize for how we recruit and how we onboard and implementing a reporting framework to evaluate the effectiveness of our hiring processes;
- Collaborating with immigration attorneyÂ
- Partnering with the team on employee experience initiatives, driving culture, engagement, diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging (DEIB)
- Ensuring positive onboarding, orientation, and offboarding experiences
- Mentoring members of the P&C team
- Serving as a crucial point of contact for employment related questionsÂ
- Documenting HR programs, processes, and systems and improve the self-service experience for employees and managersÂ
- Ensuring we are in compliance and assist with curating information on regulatory and compliance reporting and legal audits
- Optimizing and standardizing People processes and programs by proactively identifying improvements to processes
This is a full-time position. As a level 5, individual contributor, the compensation is $110,000 and is based on market data aligned with our strategic approach to compensation. In addition to cash, you’ll receive equity and be eligible to enroll in our benefits package which includes health/vision/dental insurance (available from day one!), 401(k), vacation time, family leave, and more!

- You have 5+ years of relevant, progressive experience focused on creative technical recruiting strategies and some combination of the following -- employee relations, people operations, compensation/benefits, and/or organizational development.
- You have owned (or created) the end to end talent acquisition process and worked directly with hiring managers to place technical talentÂ
- You’ve served in a role where you were a crucial point of contact for general HR-related questions
