People & Culture Senior Associate

This new HR Generalist role will be a key part of the PeopleXperience Team at PMG. Your primary responsibilities will be to provide best-in-class employee experience to all PMGers while also managing benefits administration, new hire orientation, immigration, leaves of absence, and other general HR processes.

• Act as the front-line support and answer employee requests and questions in various HR-related topics such as leaves, benefits, policies and resolve any issues that may arise in a timely manner.
• Coordinate daily benefits processing, including enrollments, terminations, and claims
• Advise and inform employees of the details of the company's benefit programs
• Collaborate with payroll and ensure that employer contributions and payroll deductions are processed accurately and in a timely manner
• Lead LOA Administration
• Lead monthly New Hire Orientation
• Provide Immigration administrative support
• Keep up to date with state and federal regulations, and applicable employment laws. Support compliance audits and implementation of changes
• Maintain and create employee/benefit files, reports, and documentation in accordance with federal, state, and provider regulations.
• Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
• Other duties as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, finance, or a related field
• 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
• Working knowledge of relevant policies and regulations
• Experience with HR software
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Strong team player
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Attention to detail
