This new HR Generalist role will be a key part of the PeopleXperience Team at PMG. Your primary responsibilities will be to provide best-in-class employee experience to all PMGers while also managing benefits administration, new hire orientation, immigration, leaves of absence, and other general HR processes.
- Act as the front-line support and answer employee requests and questions in various HR-related topics such as leaves, benefits, policies and resolve any issues that may arise in a timely manner.
- Coordinate daily benefits processing, including enrollments, terminations, and claims
- Advise and inform employees of the details of the company's benefit programs
- Collaborate with payroll and ensure that employer contributions and payroll deductions are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Lead LOA Administration
- Lead monthly New Hire Orientation
- Provide Immigration administrative support
- Keep up to date with state and federal regulations, and applicable employment laws. Support compliance audits and implementation of changes
- Maintain and create employee/benefit files, reports, and documentation in accordance with federal, state, and provider regulations.
- Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Other duties as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, finance, or a related field
- 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Working knowledge of relevant policies and regulations
- Experience with HR software
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Strong team player
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Attention to detail
