People Data Analyst 18-24 month FTC

What you'll do:

Reporting into the People Transformation Data Lead, you will:

• Become a Data Expert: Quickly develop a deep understanding of WPP's global employee data, including its sources, definitions, and nuances.
• Ensure Data Integrity: Possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to analyze validation reports, identify data discrepancies, and implement effective cleaning processes.
• Drive Data Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities to improve and streamline how we manage employee data throughout its lifecycle, proposing scalable solutions that enhance data quality.
• Be a Collaborative Problem-Solver: Excel at resolving stakeholder issues, providing clear documentation, and communicating effectively about data processes.
• Embrace a Culture of Innovation: Contribute enthusiastically to system upgrades and new software implementations, shaping the future of data management at WPP.
• Transform Data into Actionable Insights: Skillfully interpret stakeholder needs, analyze data, and deliver impactful reports that drive informed decision-making.
• Lead with Impact: Take ownership of cross-functional data projects, setting clear metrics, timelines, and proactively managing risks to ensure successful outcomes.
• Master the Art of Multitasking: Manage multiple data projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks and addressing dependencies.

What you'll need:

• Analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Ideally experience with HCM, People Data Experience or Workday HCM.
• Experience of Data visualization tools.
• Comfortable networking/partnering across WPP.
• General enthusiasm for growth and a willingness to be hands on.
