People Data and System Specialist

Are you passionate about HR data management and system enhancement? Our dynamic HR team is seeking a dedicated People Data & System Specialist to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining HR data, ensuring GDPR compliance in collaboration with other departments, and creating insightful reports using Power Apps.

You will have the opportunity to work on international and regional projects impacting employees, implement and enhance systems like ServiceNow and Workday, and lead local projects for successful adoption. Additionally, you will prepare data sets for salary reviews, analyze compensation data, and implement payroll changes in accordance with labor law within the HR systems.

Responsibilities:

As a People Data & System Specialist your work agenda will be spread into these main areas:

Project Management & Project Lead:

• Collaboration on international and regional projects impacting employees.
• Implementing and enhancing systems like Nugget, ServiceNow, and Workday.
• Leading local projects for successful adoption.

Data Management/Reporting/Automatization:

• Maintaining HR data, ensuring GDPR compliance.
• Creating insightful reports using Power Apps (Power Automate).
• Managing complex people-related databases and creating automatization.

Reward Strategy, Position Evaluation, Payroll:

• Preparing data sets for salary reviews.
• Analyzing compensation data.
• Implementing payroll changes in accordance with labor law.

HR Operations Specialist + HR Admin:

• Supporting HR operations and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience with project management, data management, and HR systems.
• Proficiency in Power Apps and other data management tools.
• Minimum B2, ideally C1 level proficiency in English.
• Native proficiency in Czech or Slovak.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Some knowledge of GDPR and labor law regulations.
