ABOUT THE TEAM 🤝

The People Operations team supports the end-to-end experience of our team members, helping our remote team feel tied to the mission and work of Rocket Money and that of the broader Rocket Companies so they can do the best work of their lives.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL:

• Welcome new members of the Rocket Money team by executing on and evolving an effective onboarding process, ensuring each new hire is fully equipped with the necessary tools and resources for success.
• Be an ambassador for team engagement! You’ll assist in creating monthly engagement plans, creative team events, team member lifecycle recognition programs, team-building activities, etc. to support our remote team
• Enhance internal communication strategies to highlight the achievements and updates across all Rocket Money business areas, ensuring alignment with the broader communication ethos of the Rocket Companies.
• Drive initiatives that bolster diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace, creating a more welcoming and respectful environment for all employees.
• Highlight and promote access to professional development opportunities, empowering team members to pursue growth and learning.
• Collaborate with the Rocket Companies to champion their wellness resources within Rocket Money to foster a culture supportive of the wellbeing of our team members
• Engage in ad hoc engagement projects as needed, working alongside the Senior People and Culture Operations Generalist to address unique organizational needs.
• Promote a positive workplace culture by embodying the company’s values, welcoming feedback, and encouraging others to do the same, thereby enhancing the overall employee experience.

ABOUT YOU 🦄

• You have 3+ years of experience in a People Operations role
• You’re known to be a people person. You thrive in a role that allows you to serve others, and you enjoy interacting with people across all levels of the organization.
• You thrive in a fast-paced high growth environment.
• You are detail oriented–you double check your work and nothing gets past you.
• You take ownership, are eager to learn and grow, and have the drive to do so.
• You truly believe that there is no job too small–we are a team and we all jump in to help wherever help is needed!

Additional information: Salary range of $60,000 - $80,000/year + bonus + benefits. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
