We are seeking a passionate and results-driven individual to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead initiatives that activate and nurture Fractal’s culture, driving a lasting and impactful employee experience. Your problem-solving mindset, collaborative spirit, and exceptional communication skills will enable you to design and execute large-scale events and programs that resonate with our employees.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach who can identify opportunities for improvement, address employee needs, and measure the effectiveness of engagement initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our People Experience team needs a hands-on professional who has experience in planning and executing large scale employee engagement programs and events. The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of experience in managing large scale events

People Experience

  • Plan and execute large-scale events that foster community, belonging, and collaboration.
  • Design programs to address employee needs, such as but not limited to onboarding experiences, wellness programs, recognition and DEI initiatives.
  • Partner with various departments to ensure consistent and impactful execution of engagement strategies.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of engagement initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Act as a bridge between employees and leadership to gather feedback and address engagement challenges effectively.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify and analyse areas for improvement in employee engagement.
  • Use metrics and feedback tools to measure the success and impact of initiatives.
  • Continuously iterate and improve programs based on data and employee input.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7 to 10 years of demonstrable experience of running events and employee engagement programs
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Execution excellence: deploying and governing engagement programs
  • Ability to create effective decks from concept to presentation
  • Ability to sift through data to identify trends and provide relevant insights through data analytics
  • Ability to apply critical and independent thinking

EDUCATION: Human Resource Management OR relevant experience
