About The Role:
We are looking for a People Experience Associate to join our growing team focusing on Workplace Operations! Reporting to the Director of People Experience & Leadership Support, you will own all aspects of the physical workspace and all administrative responsibilities associated with office operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to interface with all employees and ensure Bowery is a great space to work.Â
What You'll Do:
- Create and maintain facilities plan & playbook for Bowery HQÂ
- Maintain People Experience ticketing system
- Manage office inventory in partnership with vendors
- Act as liaison with building managementÂ
- Coordinate projects for space improvements and new office launchesÂ
- Maintain floor plan, seating charts, and coordinate desk moves
- Keep staff informed about all happenings in the workplace
- Help develop and manage office OPEX & CAPEX budgets
- Support planning, setup, and breakdown of all onsite programs and events
- Act as primary contact for all office services vendors (i.e. food & bev, janitorial, equipment & appliance maintenance, repairs, furniture, landscaping, pest control)
- Enforce office health & safety protocols and coordinate fire safety and first aid teams
- Oversee visitor management
- Coordinate with HR, IT and Building Management on company new hires and departures
- Act as front desk lead and create processes to automate front desk responsibilities
Who You Are:
- Experience with office management, workplace operations, or facilities management in a fast-growing, ever changing environmentÂ
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and result-driven
- An efficient and effortless communicatorÂ
- Able to find a solution to any problem with ease
- Great at building and managing relationships both internally and externally
- Able to anticipate the needs of the office
- Solutions-oriented. You stay open to new ideas and intellectually curious about different ways to problem-solve.Â
- Able to assess the business needs and balance quick wins with long-term, scalable solutions
- Willingness to be in office 4-5x a week
