This role will build and develop a PX (People Experience) Enablement Team that helps create a best in class PX organization with a focus on driving performance excellence. This will require evaluating existing practices, understanding traditional market practices and being able to recommend and implement an approach that is best for Zoom.

This role will build and develop a PX (People Experience) Enablement Team that helps create a best in class PX organization with a focus on driving performance excellence. This will require evaluating existing practices, understanding traditional market practices and being able to recommend and implement an approach that is best for Zoom.
- Partner with PX Leaders to identify priorities and develop a strategic plan for driving measurable impact across Zoom's global Workforce and Workplace.
- Own assessment of current PX practices, propose process improvements and drive implementation of changes.
- Build relationships across PX to influence and support effective deployment of projects and enable change
- Continued commitment towards process improvement. Identify and implement ways to make project/program delivery more efficient and streamlined. Leverage metrics and data to measure/ understand progress and demonstrate the impact of initiatives
- Partner with People Business Partners, Compensation, Benefits, Operations, Analytics and Learning and Development Teams to understand their needs and aid in building for the future.
Qualifications
- 10-15 years of professional work experience in consulting services, technology and/or Human Resources fields, including a minimum of 3 years leading and developing cross-functional teams
- Positive, can-do mentality with a high level of EQ and self-awareness.
- Possess an ability to thrive in a very fast-paced, constantly evolving global organization and operate independently and comfortably with ambiguity and complexity. Outstanding project management skills (needs analysis, resource, and project planning).
- Excellent advising, collaboration, organizational, leadership, and facilitation skills.
- Experience in change management is required.
- Experience in successfully inspiring change through data and storytelling.
- Ability to root-cause issues, match people's strategies to business strategies, and deliver global programs that get results.
- Team-oriented consensus builder who understands how to achieve support from diverse constituencies, creating outcomes where everybody wins in a matrixed organization.
