Job Summary: The HR People Experience Manager will be responsible for overseeing the annual TaskUs Travel Incentive program aimed at recognizing and rewarding the top 1% of our employees. This role involves designing and organizing extraordinary travel experiences, and ensuring these events are memorable and motivational. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee engagement, project management, and event planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management:

  • Oversee the end-to-end management of the travel incentive program.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Winner Identification:

  • Facilitate the fair and transparent selection of program winners.

  • Work with data analytics teams to track and evaluate employee performance.

  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity in the selection process.

Experience Design:

  • Create unique and memorable experiences for program winners.

  • Research and select destinations, accommodations, and activities that align with the company’s standards of excellence.

  • Partner with travel agencies and vendors to arrange logistics.

Event Planning and Execution:

  • Plan and organize all aspects of the event, including itineraries, transportation, and accommodation.

  • Ensure all travel experiences are safe, enjoyable, and culturally enriching.

  • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective planning without compromising quality.

Employee Engagement:

  • Collect feedback from participants to continually improve the program.

  • Work with the Marketing/ Communications team to promote the program internally to enhance employee motivation and engagement.

Project Management:

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.

  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Ad Hoc 

  • Support spill-over process optimization projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience focusing on employee engagement, project management, and event planning.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing incentive programs or large-scale events.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
