This is aĀ Broomfield, Colorado based role. To be considered, you must live within aĀ commutable distance from the office andĀ eligible to work legally in the US on a full-time basis.

JOB SUMMARY
The People Experience Manager is a strategic member of the global People & Culture team, tasked to lead on internal communications, building the employer branding, driving and championing culture and values, celebrating recognition and milestones , and to act as the People & Culture representative for Simpro in our Broomfield Colorado location.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Company Communications
- Work cohesively across the organization to publish regular company Simpro Spotlight newsletters for internal distribution
- Assist Chief People Operations Officer and other executives in the creation and distribution of global employee-facing communications
- Act as an expert on positioning and tone around internal communications, advising leadership and the P&C team on best approaches
- Support and ensure preparedness for company-wide Town Halls and Fireside chats, working in partnership with the Executive Assistants and others assigned to these functions
- Assist the organization in streamlining the use of internal communication systems, driving for more consistent use of messaging systems across geographies
- Support and lead on communication strategies relating to change management and other strategic projects
Employee Experience
- Proactively manage the global engagement calendar, ensuring preparation for upcoming opportunities to celebrate and have fun
- Manage the Reward and Recognition program, ensuring timely selection and recognition of employee award winners and the celebration of employee milestones (new hires, promotions, work anniversaries, successful probations etc.)
- Manage the company recognition program globally, ensuring consistency and recognition in all geographies
- Own the new hire welcome kits, ensuring each new hire is greeted with the appropriate swag upon hire
- Drive the delivery of engagement initiatives (e.g. communications about the engagement surveys).
Employer Branding
- Own the content for company websites promoting the employee experience, including the LinkedIn Corporate Page, Glassdoor, Indeed, Comparably, BuiltIn and the Simpro company careers page to ensure current, accurate and engaging content
- Manage company ratings and employee engagement around reviews
- Proactively research business awards in our operating markets, for alignment and positioning Simpro as an employer of choice
- Manage end to end award submission, collaboration with key stakeholders to collate required information for submission
- Work with Marketing to ensure that company recognition, events and successes are effectively promoted online, and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and Marketing team in the management of the Simpro careers page
Human Resources
- As the only representative of the People & Culture team in this location, this role will act as a point of contact for HR matters. These matters may be managed by this role, or referred to other team members for resolution
- As the HR representative in this location, this role may assist in compliance, communications or other related activities specific to this group of employees
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- A Bachelorās degree in English, marketing, communications, or related field
- Proven experience in crafting a global employee communications strategy
- Cultural sensitivity and good knowledge of best practices in Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging
- Someone who pays excellent attention to detail and has excellent writing, editorial and visual abilities
- Strong project management skillsĀ
- A collaborative individual capable of building a network of strong relations both inside and outside of the organization
- An individual committed to recognition, celebrations and consistent positivity within the organization
- A strong commitment to creating an excellent employee experience as well an excellent place to work
- Be a strategic thinker, with the ability to champion Simproās values and culture, and contribute to developing a āpeopleā experience that supports the mission, vision and achievement of organizational goals
- A high degree of initiative, resourcefulness, personal responsibility and ownership
- Someone who truly enjoys working in a collaborative, global environment
- Prior SaaS experience is a plus
- A good understanding of the employee lifecycle and other related āHRā topics such as employee engagement, employee value proposition (EVP), change management, talent management etc. or a desire to develop knowledge in these areas
- Prior generalist human resource experience in a growing organization is a plus
- Fundamental understanding / and or experience of effective change management communication, together with providing relevant advice to execs and senior management, is considered beneficial
