About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic People Experience & Operations Partner to play a crucial role in enhancing our team's efficiency and ensuring an exceptional employee experience throughout their lifecycle at our company. This role involves implementing innovative systems and processes, managing the employee lifecycle, and fostering a positive work culture aligned with our core values and objectives.
Core Responsibilities
- Systems & Processes Design: Analyze current operations to identify improvement areas, developing systems to increase efficiency and improve the employee experience.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding.
- People Analytics: Manage a people analytics framework to provide insights for strategic HR decision-making.
- Employee Engagement: Design and implement strategies to enhance work environment and uphold company culture.
- Training & Development: Create system & procedures to support employee skill enhancement and career growth.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors to meet organizational needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in HR or People Operations, with 2+ years in a role focused on employee experience or related areas.
- Proven track record in implementing HR technologies, systems, and processes that improve efficiency and satisfaction.
- Experience managing the full employee lifecycle.
- Proven ability to develop and execute employee engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in HRIS, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of current HR technology trends.
