People Experience Partner

The People Experience Partner is responsible for executing the People Experience strategy and operations ensuring an efficient and effective customer-oriented service for employees and managers to create a positive & productive work environment. The role requires a broad understanding of HR best practices, HR Operations, Employee Relations and the ability to support both employees and management in various HR-related matters.

Your responsibilities

ยท Implements globally key Human Resources processes related to the employeeโ€™s lifecycle, such as HR Operations, Performance Management, Talent Management, among other key HR processes from remote locations in-country and out-of-country.

ยท Provides advisory services to employees and managers on topics such as engagement, succession planning, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.

ยท Partner with business line and functional Leadership Business Partners in executing HR and business initiatives.

ยท Proactively seeks and resolves issues that involves employees, their leaders and union (where applicable).

ยท This role involves managing employee grievances, conducting investigations, providing guidance to management on employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

ยท Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, harassment, discrimination, and other workplace issues.

ยท Recommend and suggest improvements in productivity through process reviews, innovations, and new technologies including identifying automation and shared services opportunities.

ยท Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, support meetings with unions and collective bargaining agreement as required (and when applicable).

ยท Drives operational excellence, permanently monitoring our KPI's, SLA's, goals execution, and looking for constant improvement

ยท Assist in resolving employee issues and grievances, escalating as necessary.

ยท Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.

ยท Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.

ยท Educate employees on available benefits and assist with enrollment and claims issues.

ยท Ensure HR practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations.

ยท Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and make recommendations for policy updates as needed.

ยท Ensure that HR policies are consistently applied across the organization.

What you bring

ยท 10+ years of experience in HR, as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner supporting organizations with a global presence in a matrixed environment responsible for Employee Relations.

ยท Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or other country specific HR Certification

ยท Advanced English and Portuguese (Mandatory)

ยท Strong understanding of HR best practices and designated country employment laws.
