About the Job
As our People Experience (PX) Programs, Senior Lead you will be responsible for defining all programs to engage and develop Redesign’s talented team members. The scope of your work will include (but not limited to) defining and creating a high performance culture that provides career development opportunities for all, continually iterating on how we evolve our culture including creating a diverse and inclusive culture for all, continuing to evolve the future of work and lastly creating programs that support the wellbeing of our team members.Â
You will report to the VP of People Experience.Â
What you will do
- Create programs that touch every point of the team member lifecycle to support and impact team member performance & engagement
- Lead all strategic communications for the PX team
- Partner with the other leadership members of the PX team to make Redesign an exceptional and transformational place to work
- Define our leadership and performance management philosophy
- Create the go-forward Learning & Development strategy for our organization
What you will need
- You have 6+ years in Human Resources or PX roles, specifically People Programs, talent, and L&D related
- You have experience in a fast paced high growth environment
What you will bring to the table
- You have the ability to design, create and implement a company-wide Recognition program and philosophy utilizing Google Suite, Forma and other like tools
- You have a proven track record of being able to design and implement leadership development & enablement programs

Additional Information
Full-time base salary range of $114,000-152,000 plus a competitive equity & benefits package listed under the "Why work with us?" section.Â
