The Trade Desk’s People Experience team is responsible for bringing our unique TTD culture to life through programs, communications, and initiatives that ensure everyone feels welcomed, heard, valued, and inspired. Reporting to the Director of People Experience, this role will help the team drive key partnerships, programs, and initiatives within the broader People Team and across the company.

What You'll Do:

The People Experience Specialist will work across the team and with partner teams to assist with planning, developing, and facilitating people programs such as new hire orientation and onboarding, people communications, engagement events and recognition programs. You will play a key role in helping us continue to build new processes, tools, and learning to improve and scale our strategic efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Support key programs across the employee lifecycle: from new hire orientation and onboarding to mentorship and employee recognition.
• Support high-touch internal events including planning and facilitation.
• Support global strategies that drive connection to our culture and values and a sense of inclusion and belonging.
• Create content and communications to ensure employee awareness, understanding, and participation in programs.

Who You Are:

• 4+ years of experience in a people-related role.
• A values-aligned team player who demonstrates an understanding and passion for employee engagement and internal communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work confidently and thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented environment where a high degree of flexibility is required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team while meeting deadlines.
• Experience with digital communications technology.
