People & Experience Specialist
Job Description
The PositionÂ
We are looking to add a People & Experience Specialist to our core team. This is a dynamic role in which you’ll be exposed to the many aspects of the employee journey—from recruiting to onboarding to employee engagement to development. In this role, you will support recruiting efforts to include posting jobs, evaluating resumes, and conducting initial interviews, as well as taking an active role in employee engagement initiatives and performance management.
Responsibilities
Recruiting
- Own logistics of job postings for all roles
- Evaluate resumes and disposition candidates along the requisition pipeline
- Sourcing potential candidates using a variety of channels and techniques
- Conduct initial interviews with qualified candidates
- Own logistics of onboarding new hires
Administrative
- Own logistics for performance reviews
- Create self-assessment and peer feedback surveys
- Update job descriptions and draft individual development plans
- Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations; review policies and practices to maintain compliance
Employee Engagement
- Provide support with retreat planning
- Create Slack posts and creative assets for birthdays and anniversaries
- Pull and post wellness content
- Manage GrubHub program
- Manage Luna Park program
- Promote our employer brand on social media platforms
