Job Description

As a People Operations Analyst at Blend, you will be instrumental in managing various HR functions that enhance the employee experience and support the organization's growth. You will oversee employee onboarding, time-off, data management, and other HR-related tasks, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams. 

This is a full-time, hybrid role that requires a presence at the office for a minimum of three days per week. 

What will I be doing?

• Manage various employee leave types and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with external partners for timely employee registration and changes. 
• Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and maintained accurately. 
• Follow up on updates and ensure compliance with organizational policies. 
• Lead data migrations and ensure the accuracy of information in HR systems. 
• Manage support tickets and coordinate performance evaluations. 
• Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. 
• Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring all procedures are followed. 
• Support continuous learning initiatives and encourage employee development. 
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring effective follow-up on action items. 
• Provide administrative support to the HR team in various functions. 

Qualifications

What Expertise Do I Need? 

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• 2+ years in a People Operations or HR role, preferably in a technology-focused environment. 
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 
• Excellent communication skills for effective interactions at all levels. 
• Detail-oriented mindset for maintaining accurate records and documentation. 
• Collaborative team player who can work independently and take initiative. 

What About Languages? 

• Excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication is a must! 

How Much Experience Must I Have? 

We're looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in a People Operations or HR role, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
