A quick run-down of the job

The People & Operations Associate will play a pivotal role within the People Operations and Talent function - dedicated to attracting and retaining top-tier talent to support the growth and innovation of our organisation. As a People & Operations Associate you will be responsible for internal recruitment as well as people operations. You will own sourcing interviewing and securing candidates. Your role will have a strong collaboration with talents and internal teams to maintain and improve the candidates’ and employees’ experience as part of our company’s goals.

What you’ll do

• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes

• Schedule conduct and document interviews to ensure that the candidate screening process is followed effectively

• Manage all vacancies and candidates within the agreed process and timescales

• Support other members of the team as required ensuring the overall recruitment process is as consistent as possible

• Assure accuracy/completeness of employee data

• Review update and maintain HR services documentations and processes with a focus on continued improvement

• Support and provide guidance for variety of HR related requests and processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle in accordance with existing process documentation and HR policies

What makes a good candidate

• Must be located in the EMEA region

• Relevant experience in human resources/people operations/recruitment

• Proactivity attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Experience with ATS (ideally Ashby)

• Exceptional organisational skills for managing our candidate pipeline schedule interviews and keep a bird’s-eye view with the ability to prioritise tasks

• A clear sense of ownership responsibility and accountability for tasks

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction within the team and external stakeholders

• A high level of discretion and confidentiality to handle confidential data

• Willingness to quickly and successfully embrace and adapt change

• Willingness to learn and grow within the role

• Experience in international HR Payroll Global Mobility or a fast-paced startup environment is a plus

• Remote working experience is a plus

• An understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency concepts is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business or a related field is a plus
