With Etched ASICs, you can build products that would be impossible with GPUs, like real-time video generation models and extremely deep & parallel chain-of-thought reasoning agents.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Operations Associate (Contract) to join our growing team. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department, focusing on payroll, benefits administration, and office management. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong proficiency in HRIS systems and office software.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Processing:
• Approve bi-weekly payroll in a timely and accurate manner, including calculating deductions, taxes, and overtime.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws.
• Manage contract and intern employee timekeeping
• Benefits Administration:
• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Process enrollment, changes, and terminations for benefits.
• Assist employees with benefit questions and resolve issues.
• Office Management:
• Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Manage office supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate office events and meetings.
• HRIS Systems:
• Utilize HRIS systems to manage employee data, track time off, and generate reports.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity.
• General HR Support:
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team.
• Handle employee inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with G Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets).
• Experience with Slack or other team communication tools.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
