This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a People Operations Associate in Indonesia.

This role sits at the core of a fast-moving, globally distributed People function, supporting both People Operations and recruiting activities. It is designed for someone who thrives in execution-focused environments where accuracy, responsiveness, and ownership make a direct impact on team performance. You will help ensure hiring processes run smoothly, systems remain reliable, and employee lifecycle operations are well-coordinated across a remote, async-first organization. The role combines operational rigor with cross-functional collaboration, offering exposure to recruiting workflows, onboarding and offboarding, and internal People initiatives. It is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who enjoys improving processes through hands-on work. You will play a key role in keeping operations organized, consistent, and moving forward across time zones.

Accountabilities:

  • Support interview scheduling in close coordination with recruiting teams, ensuring a smooth and timely candidate experience across multiple time zones.
  • Maintain and update ATS systems, job postings, and candidate pipelines to ensure data accuracy and operational consistency.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, helping ensure structured and seamless employee transitions.
  • Maintain high-quality People data and documentation across internal systems, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Support planning and coordination of company offsites, team events, and internal gatherings.
  • Conduct research and synthesize information to support People Operations and recruiting initiatives.
  • Identify process gaps, follow through on open tasks, and ensure completion of ongoing operational work.
  • Provide general operational support across People initiatives, contributing wherever needed to keep workflows moving efficiently.
  • Requirements:

    • 1–3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR coordination, recruiting operations, or administrative support roles.
    • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
    • High ownership mindset with a bias for action and ability to manage tasks independently.
    • Comfortable working in async, remote-first environments across global time zones.
    • Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
    • Resourceful problem-solver who can navigate ambiguity and find solutions independently.
    • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently without close supervision.
    • Familiarity with HR systems, ATS platforms, or recruiting tools is a plus.
