About the Role

We're on the lookout for a People Operations Associate to join our People team.Β 

Preferably with 3-4 years of hands-on experience at a fast paced workplace. You'll play a vital role in recruitment, supporting the HR team with recruiting tasks and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment activities, managing candidate communication, and assisting in HR operations.

In this role you'll join a dynamic team that believes in pushing boundaries, challenging the status quo, and embracing diversity of thought.

What You'll Do:

Coordinate Recruitment Activities:

  • Schedule and organize interviews, ensuring all stakeholders are well-informed and prepared.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and necessary information.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.

Manage Recruitment Systems:

  • Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  • Assist in the creation and posting of job listings on various platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.

Onboarding Support:

  • Assist in the onboarding process by collecting required documents and coordinating orientation schedules.
  • Act as a point of contact for new hires, addressing queries and providing assistance as needed

Candidate Experience:

  • Enhance the candidate experience by ensuring a positive and professional impression throughout the recruitment process.
  • Gather feedback from candidates and hiring teams to identify areas for improvement.

People Operations Tasks:

  • Handle various administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as preparing offer letters and managing expense reimbursements
  • Create and manage Employee Records
  • Manage payroll and other people operation

Who You Are

  • Organizational Skills: Manage multiple tasks and priorities adeptly in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, interacting professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering positive working relationships.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity.
  • Technology Proficiency: Utilize applicant tracking systems like GreenHouse and HRMS tools like Keka, along with proficiency in Communication Tools like Slack and G Suite.
