Job Title: People Operations Coordinator

Operating within a centralized People Human Resources Support Center on our Global People Team, the People Operations Coordinator is a hands-on role where you are a team player responsible for providing HR related administrative and analytical support to the Global People Team, employees and managers.

The People Operations Coordinator primary responsibility is processing HR inquiries via our internal case management tool, ServiceNow. To complete this work you will perform research, analysis and document preparation as well as interact with employees and managers on a variety of HR queries. You will also review and approve HR transactions via our HCM, Workday.

Responsibilities:

• Process day to day HR transaction requests and queries submitted to our Global People Team, PeopleOne. Ensuring all people critical administrative transactions are accurate and handled in a timely and compliant manner; escalate issues when necessary
• Find opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives and work to improve and standardize work to support automation where feasible
• Liaise with other Centers of Excellence to deliver employee and manager-facing content and to support questions
• Ensure all Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded and maintain confidentiality and sensitive information
• Assist with HR projects

What we'd like from you:

• Previous Human Resources experience or customer service is a plus
• Attention to detail and a passion for excellent customer service
• Work with a sense of urgency without sacrificing quality or accuracy
• Works well both within a team environment and individually
• Strong technical skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel), previous Workday or other HCM/HRIS experience a plus, previous HR escalation/ticketing system such as ServiceNow a plus
