Job Description

The People Operations Coordinator serves as a resource to CLEAR team members on a variety of HR related needs, and plays an integral role in ensuring CLEAR team members have an environment where they can do their best work. This individual should have an aptitude for managing cross-functional relationships, communicating with precision, ability to work with ambiguity and working proactively are critical to success, as is the ability to navigate multiple priorities with attention to detail and a service-oriented approach.

What you'll do:

  • Be a champion and advocate of the CLEAR mission, values and culture by developing and implementing innovative ways to bring them to life and foster employee engagement
  • Act as employee’s first point of contact to answer questions coming in to the People email distro and through our ticketing system (Zendesk)
  • Support our onboarding program across our global workforce, including contractors and interns to provide an outstanding and frictionless onboarding experience
  • Provide operational support on employee lifecycle, including employee changes, org. updates and separations
  • Ensure hygiene of employee data by updating employee data, changes and conducting periodic reviews
  • Champion collaborative cross functional relationships with recruiting, IT, office managers, payroll, L&D, and hiring managers to ensure a successful hiring process and experience for employees
  • Maintain HR systems such as Ultipro, Pingboard, Enboarder, WIN, and Zendesk, for data accuracy and consistency across all platforms, including pulling reports and assisting with system configuration and implementations
  • Provide reporting to track key people metrics and derive actionable insights for opportunities or risks. This may include combining multiple data sets into a concise report for the leadership team, including analysis of demography, pulse surveys, hiring and attrition
  • Support the ideation, implementation and documentation of people processes and programs. This may includes but is not restricted, onboarding, performance management, employee programs, engagement surveys and exit management
  • Complete miscellaneous administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

How you'll measure success:

  • Customer Service Response Time
    • Provide timely and accurate answers to employee questions within the established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Onboarding Timeliness and Satisfaction
    • The time taken to complete key onboarding tasks for employees and contingent workers
    • Achieving overall positive team member feedback
  • Proactive Issue Resolution
    • Success is quantified by the number of HR system and process inefficiencies and the speed at which these issues are resolved proactively

What you're great at:

  • You're a collaborative, detail-oriented team player with 2+ years of work experience in People Operations or office administration in a high growth environment and have basic knowledge of People Operations and employee lifecycle
  • You have a customer service mentality and can build rapport and trust with teammates, internal stakeholders, managers, and employees
  • You have consistent, proven attention to detail; you understand the importance of getting the small stuff right and set a high bar for the quality of your work
  • You are a clear, approachable verbal and written communicator with a sense of professionalism, nuance and discretion, even in challenging situations
  • You are able to learn and adapt quickly, applying a growing range of skills and knowledge to a wide variety of situations without close supervision
  • You can maintain the highest standard of confidentiality and discretion
  • You have strong Excel/Google sheets and analytical skills
  • Plus: HRIS administration in Ultipro or Workday

The base salary range for this role is $55,000 - $75,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
