People Operations Coordinator
Job Description
The People Operations Coordinator play a critical role in providing support to our Talent Acquisition and HR partners to provide coordination tasks for candidates and new hires. Â This role will play a key part in ensuring interviews are logistically streamlined, help improve HR operations by completing the necessary tasks required for pre-boarding/onboarding new hires.Â
Our ideal candidate is an individual who is organized, calm under pressure, intellectually curious and enjoys working in fast-paced environment. Â This role will assist the People Team by handling administrative duties related to candidate administration, interview scheduling, offer letter generation, and managing pre-boarding and onboarding process.Â
ResponsibilitiesÂ- Coordinate and schedule interviewsÂ
- Draft, distribute, and process employment documents while maintaining confidentiality amongst sensitive candidate/employee information Â
- Process background checks for new hires and escalate results when necessaryÂ
- Generate offer letters and ensure necessary agreements and information are sent to candidates on a timely basisÂ
- Ensure all offer and employment documents are signed and stored in employee fileÂ
- Work with Payroll to administer changes in pay, start dates for new hiresÂ
- Thoroughly follow workflows and stay compliant in managing new hire paperwork  Â
- Include tasks that may come in the future for existing employees or just include “Other duties may be assigned to best support administrative functions and support for our TA and HR Business Partners. Â
- 2+ years of recruiting and or HR coordination or administrative experience Â
- Detail oriented with outstanding organizational skillsÂ
- Resourceful, flexible, and ability to remain calm under pressureÂ
- Excellent software skills including MS Office Suite, exposure to applicant tracking systems, HRIS, and ability to learn new skills quicklyÂ
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbalÂ
- Proactive problem-solver capable of identifying issues and generating solutions independently to share with the teamÂ
- Operates with a high level of professionalism and integrity, including dealing with confidential informationÂ
- Adaptable - catches on to new ideas or processes quickly, or understands what kinds of questions to ask in order to quickly gain comprehension
- Must pass any and all required background checks Â
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry Â
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of ageÂ
