Position Summary:

Roivant Sciences is seeking a full-time People Operations Coordinator to help support our broader People Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of HR administrative duties. They will facilitate daily HR functions such as supporting the interview process, keeping track of employee records, and helping to support daily operational processes across the HR Team. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. They will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of Talent processes and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment/hiring process for Roivant and its subsidiary companies by scheduling candidate screenings, panel interviews, team kickoffs, and debriefs.
  • Assist with job description creation, help manage jobs within our ATS (Greenhouse), and support overall talent management under our Lead Recruiter.
  • Oversee background checks and assist with offer letter creation and execution.
  • Help maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll paperwork, personal information, leave management, immigration requirements, etc.,)
  • Assist with new hire orientations and onboarding processes.
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide team support when needed, including ad-hoc HR or Talent projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
  • Experience with high volume scheduling
  • Familiarity with HR databases and systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Insperity, HRIS)
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize many responsibilities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Process-oriented and capable of supporting multiple processes/searches at once
  • Comfortable working across differing time zones and within a remote/hybrid work environment
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • BS/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus

Base salary for this role will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market conditions.  The expected base salary for the role will generally be between $60,000 - $75,000 per year at the commencement of employment, but the final salary offered may be outside this range based on individual circumstances and business and market conditions. 

Base salary if hired is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include other components such as discretionary bonuses, equity, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.

This position is at-will and Roivant reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance and business and market conditions.
