This is a part-time, temporary position through the remainder of 2022. Willingness to work 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday is important.
Ā Your impact.Ā- Support new hire onboarding (for full time employees and contractors) across global locations by managing pre-hire communications, scheduling meetings, initiating background checks, distributing new hire packets and more (5-10 hours)Ā
- Assist in the planning and building of company-wide employee trainings as part of a Remote-First onboarding
- Coordinate surveys and content ahead of the monthly All Company MeetingĀ
- Address employee queries regarding office management support including office supplies, facility access, etc.Ā
- Support in weekly updates of core People Team reports and systems including HR Flash, Talent Acquisition Dashboard, monthly benefits report and People Team ticketing queueĀ
- Partner with all team members to create and continuously improve our recruiting & HR programs and processes while creating best in class experience for employees in a dispersed work environment
- 1-3 years experience in a similar role or degree in HRĀ
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage time to support a variety of tasks
- Attention to detail with a high level of organizational skills
- Thoughtfulness, flexibility and a positive attitudeĀ
- A true brand ambassador who positively impacts the employee experience
- Willingness to work 20 hours a week, onsite 2 days a month
