ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a talented People Operations Generalist to provide comprehensive support in all aspects of human resources and employee relations. The successful candidate will have a keen understanding of HR principles practices and regulations and will play a vital role in fostering a positive employee experience across the organization.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME

Manage all aspects of payroll administration from beginning to end

Familiarity with Razorpay is a bonus though not mandatory

Work closely with managers stakeholders and employees to identify and resolve issues efficiently

Proficient in handling employee grievances and providing effective solutions

Plan and execute various People team initiatives

Operates adeptly understanding people dynamics and practices navigating challenges fostering innovation and advocating for best practices

Suggests improvements for organizational efficiency collaborates for optimized workflows and upholds ethical standards in decision-making

Analyzes data effectively to align with team goals prioritizes tasks accordingly and adapts to changing priorities

Defines goals aligned with team objectives communicates metrics clearly and adapts communication style with empathy
WHO YOU ARE
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
-
6+ years of experience in HR or People Operations roles with a focus on Payroll administration employee relations and HRIS management
-
Strong knowledge of HR principles practices and regulations with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with employees at all levels of the organization

Experience with HRIS implementation or optimization is a plus
-
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
