People Operations/HR Specialist

Our team is looking for someone who can support and take ownership of our People life-cycle processes (onboarding, steady-state, offboarding, etc.) using HR technology, focusing on our HCMS, Dayforce. You will play a critical role and be highly visible to our employees as the company grows and evolves. In this role, you will provide the highest level of customer service to Enfusion employees, and your colleagues and will rely on your exceptional communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume, and dynamic work environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage onboarding process: Facilitate new hire’s first day and orientation (including benefits presentations), process all new hire paperwork, partner with hiring managers and IT team, manage communications, process I-9s, create and monitor Dayforce profiles.
  • Manage offboarding process: Provide termination support to HR Business Partners (HRBPs), send separation documents, process severance agreements, partner with IT team and managers on offboarding tasks, coordinate with termed employees on outstanding items, and perform backend Dayforce and file management.
  • Support the HRBP team in processing employment changes throughout the employee lifecycle, including data quality check, document generation and management, and change communication to the IT team. 
  • US benefits administration including vendor/third party communications, new vendor implementations, annual audit and compliance reporting, on-going data and invoice auditing, enrollment management (new hire, open enrollment, life events), COBRA and leave administration.
  • Maintain internal resource documentation and intranet publishing, including benefit plan, policy, and compliance updates.
  • Manage internal and external employment verification requests and provide data for unemployment claims.
  • Provide first level HR support to our employees including Dayforce, benefits, and general HR inquiries.
  • Work with cross functional partners on projects as needed. For example: Work with HRBPs to ensure our People compliance processes are aligned, work with the Total Rewards team to ensure data validation in Dayforce, support and coordinate engagement/recognition activities, collaborating with and supporting other teams across the organization, etc. 

Who We Need:

  • 2+ years of experience in human resources (including benefits administration) or appropriate combination of education and experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to form effective, collaborative partnerships and trust across the organization.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to quickly and effectively handle multiple priorities and assignments to meet deadlines while maintaining professional composure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective listener, with the ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and triage matters appropriately.
  • Ability to take initiative and ownership, focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to maintain and handle confidential information.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Ceridian Dayforce
  • Experience with Google Suite

The salary range for this position is between $75,000 - $100,000 + bonus + benefits.

*Note: This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings.
